The old jail building that houses the Archives office is widely considered to be one of the most haunted places in Northeast Florida. It is a very popular destination for paranormal investigators of all levels, from amateur to professional. The old jail is available to be rented out for paranormal investigations September through May on Fridays from 7pm to 12am. The going rate is $100 for the first 5 people or less, with another $20 for each additional investigator.
