Despite the unwelcome interference from Hurricane Milton, our annual Tales from the Clink event went off without a hitch! The Ridgeview High School Drama club once again gave spectacular performances in their interactive roles in the cell block and in their reenactment of the “Sweetheart Slayer” trial. Citizens were able to enjoy a variety of snacks and refreshments as they learned about the criminal side of Clay County History. We would like to thank the Village Improvement Association, the Clay County Historical Society, and the Clay County Public Library for their help in making this the best event yet.
